Quick answers to common charter questions

All charters include professional captain and crew, safety equipment and briefing, basic refreshments, sound system, and comprehensive insurance coverage. Fuel, dock fees, and gratuities are additional.

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May-September). For special events and holidays, 4-6 weeks advance notice ensures the best vessel availability.

Safety is our top priority. If conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we'll offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost. We monitor weather closely and will contact you 24 hours before departure if conditions look questionable.

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own refreshments. We also offer professional catering services and can recommend local providers. Please note that glass containers may be restricted on certain vessels for safety reasons.

Absolutely! We welcome guests of all ages. Children must be supervised by adults at all times, and we provide appropriately sized life jackets. Many of our vessels have family-friendly amenities and safety features.
